Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except almonds) together and knead into dough.
  3. Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Roll the dough into a square of 3-4 mm thickness.
  5. Mix the egg yolk with two tablespoons of milk and paint it on the dough.
  6. Place some almond flakes on the top.
  7. Bake the dough in an oven for 15 minutes.
  8. After baking, cut the hot cake into small pieces and serve.
Ingredients:
125 gms - flour
70 gms - icing sugar
� tsp - cinnamon powder
1 - egg
1 tbsp - milk
75 gms - butter
1 pinch - salt
1 handful - almond flakes

For Glazing:
2 tbsp - milk
1 - egg yolk
