Method
  1. Beat egg, sugar and salt using an egg beater till fluffy.
  2. Add maida and vanilla essence and mix well.
  3. Grease a non-stick pan and pour the mixture in it.
  4. Cook on a very low flame till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
