Method
Boil 1 litre milk with sugar until it becomes almost half the original quantity. Cool.
Beat 5 yolks and 3 egg whites.
Add cream, half a litre of milk and rose water and nuts to it.
Blend well with thickened milk.
Put in ground spices.
Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a hot oven in a tray of water for half an hour or till set.
Cool and cut into slices.

1.5 litres milk
400 gms. cream
Sugar to taste
1 tbsp. almonds, charoli and cashewnuts
¼ cup rose water
½ tsp. ground cardamom and nutmeg
5 egg yolks
3 egg whites
