Method
  1. Beat the eggs till just mixed. Add the milk slowly and beat well again. Fold all the other ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased mould, cover with foil and steam in a pressure cooker without the weight for 15 mins.
  3. Unmould and serve hot or cold with generous spoonfuls of chocolate sauce.

Note:

  1. For variation, use chocolate cream biscuit crumbs instead of cake crumbs.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
4 1/2 cups milk
3 cups chocolate cake crumbs
1/4 cup cashewnuts chopped
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup multicoloured tutti fruitti or raisins
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. rum or cherry brandy
1 1/2 heaped tsp. cocoa power
3/4 tsp. instant coffee powder
1 tsp. vanilla essence
