Peanut egg custard

  1. Beat eggs, add cottage cheese, cream or malai, salt and mix.
  2. Mix lightly and pour in a buttered pan. Keep pan on slow fire and keep on stirring till custard is thick.
  3. Add peanut powder mix or fold. Pour in a serving dish. Sprinkle pepper and chilli flakes.
  4. Decorate with fried peanuts, serve.
4 eggs
1cup grated cottage cheese
1/2 cup fresh cream
10-12 peanuts
1/2 tsp chilli flake
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp white butter
1 tbsp roasted peanut powder
Salt and pepper to taste
