Method
Beat the egg whites and the sugar together till stiff.
Fold in the pistachio together till stiff. Fold in the pistachio powder and colour (optional).
Pipe small discs of the above mixture on oil paper and bake them at 160°C in a pre-heated oven for 3-4 mins. Cool.
Make strawberry cream by mixing strawberry sauce and whipped cream.
On the baked discs, add strawberry cream and then some berry compote on top.
Repeat the process to form a stack. Serve.

100 gms. egg white
200 gms. confectioner`s sugar
100 gms. pistachio powder

50 gms. whipped creamv 50 gms. berry compote
