Stuffed Chicken or Turkey

Method

  1. Clean and wash with warm water, the Chicken or turkey. Remove the skin all you can.

  2. In deep pan with 1/4 cup oil, first fry onion then add ginger & whole black pepper.

  3. Keep chopped celary, coriander ready.

  4. When onion is golden brown, add remaining ingredients, pees, cream corn, chopped celary and chopped coriander. Optional: use green Onion, if Celary not available and cook until vegetables are little well done(No Full done).

  5. Put 3/4 of all mixed vegetable from item-4 in to Chicken or Turkey and make stuffed and stich the bird or clip it so stuffing don't get out.

  6. Put stuffed chicken or turkey in special plastic bag made for oven.

  7. Pour chicken broth, 1/2 cup water in large aluminum foil container/pan.

  8. Put stuffed chicken or trukey in the pan and spread over left over vegetable mix from item-5. Cover the Bird with pan with aluminium foil, make some holes for air to get out and bake it for 3-4 hours at 350 F. for chicken and 6 hrs forturkey.

  9. When it is cool, cut the bird with large knife and use internal cooked veg. for gravy and eat with bread, nan or fried bread slices in pan with little butter.

Ingredients:

1 medium size Chicken or Turkey.
1 lb Green Peas
1 can Cremy Corn
1 chopped Onion
1 bunch Celary
1 bunch Corinder
3 TSP Ginger crushed
1 TSP Garlic
8-10 black whole Pepper(Mari)
2 TSP Sugar
2 TSP Mutard seeds
1 TSP Jeera
1 TSP Haldi powder
1 TSP Garam masala or Chicken masala
2 TSP Salt to taste
1/4 cup veg or Corn . oil
2 Can Chicken Broth
