Method
- Chop onions, green chillies and tomatoes and fry all of them in oil on a hot tawa.
- Add all other ingredients mentioned above.
- Mash them with a masher till the mixture becomes smooth.
- Break the eggs and pour into the mixture, stir and cover with a lid.
- Cook for 2 minutes on sim.
- Move to a bowl and serve hot with chappathis.
Tip: This dish is easy to cook and serve with chappathis, make it as soon as the chappatis are done on the still hot tava.
