Spring Onion Egg Burji

  1. Finely cut the onion springs and chillies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the the jeera, onion springs and chilles.
  3. Fry them to mixture. Add tomato and blend it.
  4. Add chilli powder, salt, garam masala and ginger garlic paste and fry.
  5. Add half a cup of water and put it on a high flame.
  6. Break the eggs and unfold into this mixture.
  7. Stir till the mixture spreads.
  8. Cook for 2 mins on high flame.
  9. When the burji is done cover with lid put off the flame.
Eggs - 4
Onion springs - 5 bunches
Tomato - 1 (optional)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilles - 4
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Turmeric for colour
A pinch Garam masala
Oil - 2 tbsl
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
