Method
  1. Cut bitter gourd into 2 halves, remove seeds, Shred the bitter gourd. Heat, oil, add in shallot, green chillies, cook for a while, add in the shredded bitter gourd, cook.
  2. Then pour in the beaten egg which has been mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook till both sides are cooked.
