Dry roast the sesame and poppy seeds.
Mix the grated cheese, green chillies, coriander leaves, dry roasted sesame and poppy seeds and jeera pdr.
Now take the dough and add some of the cheese mixture on top, press down firmly so that it sticks to the dough and roll each biscuit into a thick roti.
Heat a omelette pan, add the roti to it cheese side down, add some oil to fry it, and then put a tablespoon or more (acc to taste) of the beaten egg on the upper side of the roti and then turn it over. Fry well on both side.
Enjoy the delicious cheese paratha-omelette with sweet Chilli Sauce or Tomato Ketchup.
