Method
  1. Knead all dough ingredients together until smooth and keep the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. For topping, separate whites from yolks and beat the egg whites until they become very stiff.
  3. Mix the topping ingredients in a big bowl and fold in the egg whites.
  4. Put the dough into a medium-sized round pan and cover it with the topping.
  5. Bake in an oven, pre-heated to 175 degrees C.
  6. The cake is done when the topping has come up and is firm.

To make cheese:

  1. Cover the strainer with the cloth and put it into the bowl.
  2. Pour the curd into the strainer, cover it and keep it overnight in the fridge.

Ingredients:

For the dough:
200 gms plain flour
80 gms fine sugar
80 gms butter
1 whole egg
1 tsp baking powder

Topping:
500 gms cheese
1/4 litre cream
1 pinch of salt
50 gms. custard powder
4 big eggs
1 tbsp. fine sugar

To make cheese:
1&1/2 litre curd
1 big strainer
1 big bowl
1 big cloth
