Method
- Preheat the oven at 350 degree.
- Soften the butter and combine sugar and butter together.
- Add the egg yolks one at a time and beat slowly.
- Add vanilla essence.
- In a bowl seive maida, baking powder and salt.
- Mix maida with the butter; divide it into two equal parts and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
- Dust your work area with maida and roll out the cookie dough.
- Cut into shapes of your choice and bake about 6-7 minutes.
