  1. Mix flour and salt together.
  2. Make a well in the center and add the egg.
  3. Add about 2 tbsp of water and mix well to form smooth, soft dough (add more water if needed).
  4. Cover and rest the dough for � hour.
  5. Roll out into a thin sheet and cut into � cm wide strips.
  6. Deep fry the strips in hot oil till crisp and golden brown.
  7. Drain on kitchen paper.
  8. Heat sugar with honey on low heat till sugar is melted and turns light brown.
  9. Add sesame seeds.
  10. Pour over the fried strips and toss well.
  11. Serve with vanilla ice cream.


  1. Make wanton dough.
  2. Roll out thinly and cut into noodles.
  3. Deep fry them till crisp.
  4. Heat some honey and sugar sugether till golden brown and coat the fried noodles with it.
  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

sugar - 2 tbsp
honey - 2 tbsp
roasted sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
oil to deep fry
water as needed
