Easy egg fried rice

Method
  1. Heat oil and saute onion.
  2. Add ginger garlic and then the eggs and scramble it.
  3. Add in the veggies and cook.
  4. Finally add the cooked rice and pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.

Ingredients:
3 - eggs (beaten with enough pepper powder and salt)
1 - onion, finely chopped
1 tsp each - ginger and garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup each - carrot, beans, capsicum, finely chopped
Oil to saute
3 cups - basmati rice, cooked
1 tsp - pepper powder
