Method
- Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion, chilli and curry leaves well till they turn slightly brown.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pepper powder (lower the flame and add boiled peas, salt and garam masala powder).
- Break in the eggs into a bowl and beat.
- Increase the flame and when it`s very hot, add the beaten eggs and immediately turn off the flame.
- Scramble the eggs by mixing all together.
- Finally, add some coriander leaves and serve hot.
