Method
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and fry till it is transparent
- Then add chopped tomatoes.
- Add garam masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
- When the mixture is cooked, add raw eggs and stir well.
- Immediately after this, add bread pieces and cook.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.

2 - onions
1 tbsp - red chilly powder
1 tsp - garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - ghee
Coriander leaves
