Method
  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry till it is transparent
  3. Then add chopped tomatoes.
  4. Add garam masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  5. When the mixture is cooked, add raw eggs and stir well.
  6. Immediately after this, add bread pieces and cook.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
Ingredients:
3 - eggs
3 - tomatoes
2 - onions
1 tbsp - red chilly powder
1 tsp - garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp - ghee
Coriander leaves
3 - bread slices
