Egg gratin

Method
  1. Boil 4 eggs and put into cold water.
  2. Shell eggs and cut in 4-4.
  3. Heat butter and saute onions till transparent. Add cornflour.
  4. Fry a little. Pour milk, stir all the time till mixture is light and creamy.
  5. Cook thoroughly till sauce is glossy. Add grated cheese, salt and 1 beaten egg and mix well.
  6. Arrange 2 egg pieces in a dish. Pour sauce, sprinkle bread crumbs and pepper and place rest of the eggs.
  7. Keep under a grill or oven for 5 mins.
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
1 1/2 tbsp butter
4 cubes cheese
1 1/2 cup milk or as required
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped tomato
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp bread crumb
Salt and pepper to taste
