Method
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor .
  2. Keep aside for half an hour . Make thin crapes with the batter , using a non stick pan . Place the crapes , inside part out to get a polished looking Mutta paal aada .
  3. Spread 2 table spoons of grated coconut over the crape . Sprinkle sugar over the coconut to taste . Roll tightly and serve hot or cold .
  4. Notes - the batter must be of a running consistency so that you get thin crapes .
Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
1 cup maida ( flour )
5 small onions
1 egg
salt a pinch
A pinch of soda-bi-carbonate
2 cups water
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
