Pasta omelette

Method
  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper powder and pasta and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan, add oil and saute garlic, onion, chilli and add the egg pasta mix and cook on a low flame.
  3. When it is half cooked, sprinkle the capsicum over it.
  4. Place the roundly sliced tomatoes on top and pour the sauce on the tomato slices.
  5. Cover and cook for another 10 mins.
  6. Once the omelette is done, garnish with grated cheese and slowly remove to another serving dish
  7. Slice like a pizza and serve.

1 cup - pasta (cooked)
2 - eggs
1 tbsp - oil
1 - green chilli (chopped)
1 - onion (chopped)
1/2 - capsicum (chopped)
1 tsp - pepper powder
1 tsp - garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup - milk
1 tbsp - tomato sauce
Salt to taste
1/4 cup - cheese (grated)
2 - tomatoes (sliced)
