Simple dry egg curry

  1. Heat oil,add onion and green chillies,fry till onion becomes pink and soft.
  2. Add haldi curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,fry till raw smell goes.
  3. Add dhania powder,chilli powder and salt,cook for 2mins.
  4. Cut eggs into four pieces each and add them to the above curry,mix gently,cook covered for 2min(Do not mash the egg pieces).
  5. Sprinkle chopped coriander leavesbefore removing from fire.
  6. Serve with chappathi/poori/any rice preparation.


You can fry the whole eggs in a tsp of oil,cut and add them to curry.

6 eggs boiled and shelled
2 onions medium (sliced)
4 green chillies (cut vertically into two)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
6 curry patta leaves
