Method
- Shell eggs and cut in half.
- Remove the egg yolk from the white.
- Mash yolk and mix well with cheese, butter, pepper and salt.
- Stuff mixture into the whites and garnish with parsley.
Ingredients:
3 - hard boiled eggs
1 tbsp - butter
1/4 cup - grated cheese
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp - dried or fresh parsley
