Cheese Panrolls

Method
  1. Sift the flour alongwith the baking powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Beat the eggs till frothy.
  3. Blend the flour, cheese, eggs and milk into a batter of medium consistency.
  4. Make sure that there are no lumps.
  5. Heat a small frying pan, with enough oil to coat it and pour in a little of the batter.
  6. Move the pan around so that the batter spreads to the edges of the pan.
  7. Fry the panroll on one side till light brown, flip over and fry on other side.
  8. Roll it up and fix it with a toothpick.
  9. Keep aside on a warm serving dish.
  10. Repeat this process with the rest of the batter till all of it is used up.
  11. Serve the panrolls immediately with mint chutney.
Ingredients:
1 heaped cup - flour
1 1/2 cups - milk
10 tbsp - grated cheese
2 - eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp - baking powder
oil
