Method
- Sift the flour alongwith the baking powder,
salt and pepper.
- Beat the eggs till frothy.
- Blend the flour, cheese, eggs and milk into a
batter of medium consistency.
- Make sure that there are no lumps.
- Heat a small frying pan, with enough oil to
coat it and pour in a little of the batter.
- Move the pan around so that the batter spreads
to the edges of the pan.
- Fry the panroll on one side till light brown,
flip over and fry on other side.
- Roll it up and fix it with a toothpick.
- Keep aside on a warm serving dish.
- Repeat this process with the rest of the batter
till all of it is used up.
- Serve the panrolls immediately with mint
chutney.

1 heaped cup - flour
1 1/2 cups - milk
10 tbsp - grated cheese
2 - eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp - baking powder
