Cinnamon Buns

Method
  1. Process dough, use 1/3 for a mini white loaf of bread.
  2. For Cinnamon buns, I roll rest of dough to about 1/2 inch, spread a thick layer of butter, and brown sugar over it, raisins/pecans optional.
  3. Sprinkle a good layer of cinnamon on top.
  4. Roll and slice into small Cinnamon buns.
  5. Place in a pan with more butter and sugar on bottom.
  6. Let it rise 45 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350 F with bread for 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup - white flour
2 tsp - skim milk powder
1 - egg, beaten
2 tbsp - butter
3 tsp - sugar
1 tsp - yeast
1 cup - water
1 1/4 tsp - salt
