Method
To Make Egg Cubes:
  1. Break 4 eggs in a big bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, whisk it thoroughly.
  2. Grease a bowl and pour this mixture into it.
  3. Heat 2 cups water in the pressure cooker.
  4. When boiling, add the bowl with the mixture.
  5. Close pressure cooker and cook for 8 to 10 minutes (without pressure valve) to set the mixture.
  6. Alternately, use a steamer to set the mixture.
  7. Cool the set mixture slightly and use a sharp knife to remove the set mixture on another plate.
  8. Now cut steamed egg mixture into square cubes.
  9. Shallow fry the pieces and set aside.

To Make Gravy:

  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai. Add whole jeera ,then add onion paste and fry till golden brown.
  2. Add garlic and ginger paste, fry some more .
  3. Add tomato paste, after frying for a couple of minutes
  4. Add the rest of the masalas, excepting garam masala.
  5. When the fried mixture starts leaving oil on the sides of the vessel, pour 2 cups of water .
  6. Let it come to boil. Add garam masala.
  7. Add the egg cubes in the gravy, let it come to boil once more.
  8. Pour in a serving bowl, garnish with dhania patta.
  9. Tastes best with chapathis / paranthas etc.
Ingredients:
eggs - 4
milk - 6 tablespoons
onion - 1/2 (chopped finely)
green chilli - 2 (chopped finely)
pepper and salt to taste
oil for shallow frying

To Make Gravy:
onion - 1(paste)
ginger and garlic paste-1/2 tsp
tomato - 1(ground into paste)
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
dhania powder - 1/2 tsp
jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1/4 tsp
oil - 2 tbsp
whole jeera - 1/2 tsp
