Method
- Mash the hard boiled eggs (preferably in a blender).
- Beat the butter together with the mashed eggs, Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped celery, salt, pepper and chilli powder.
- Crush any kind of salted biscuits to make 1 1/2 cups crumbs.
- Form the egg mixture into tiny balls and roll them in the biscuit crumbs. Chill.
Note: This is a very useful cocktail snack as it can be made well in advance and requires to last minute cooking.
