For Walnut Sauce:
1 cup - low fat yoghurt
70 g - walnut, coarsely ground
1/2 clove - garlic, crushed
1 - egg white
a dash - red chilli powder (optional)
1 tbsp - crumbled cottage cheese
1 tsp - chopped red capsicum
1 tbsp - finely chopped green capsicum
low fat salt to taste
pepper to taste
