Peanut Butter Cup Cakes

Method
  1. Cream together peanut butter, shortening and vanilla essence.
  2. Gradually add sugar beating till light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir together dry ingredients.
  5. Add alternately with milk, spoon half full in each paper bake cup and bake in moderate oven for 20 mins.
  6. Frost with peanut butter.
Ingredients:
2 cups - all purpose flour
3/4 cups - milk
1/2 cup - peanut butter
1/3 cup - shortening
1 1/2 cups - sugar
2 - eggs
2 tsps - baking powder
1 tsp - vanilla essence
1/2 tsp - salt
