Spicy Egg Dollops

Method
  1. Evenly coat the eggs with the ground masala paste, rub well with your hands. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll the eggs in bread crumbs and shallow fry on a low flame till golden in colour.
  3. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
4 - eggs (half boiled, shelled and poked all over with a fork)
1/2 cup - bread crumbs
sufficient oil to shallow fry

To be Ground to a Fine Paste:
1 " - ginger
8 cloves - garlic
2 to 3 - green chillies (chopped)
handful - coriander leaves
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
