Method
- Heat the milk till it reduces to half its quantity.
- Mix custard powder in a little cold milk and stir it till it gets dissolved.
- Pour it into the boiled milk. Add sugar.
- Mix china grass in cold milk and pour it in the boiled milk.
- Then close the gas.
- When the milk cools down, add the brandy or rose water, cream and vanilla essence. Stir it for a second.
- Pour the mixture in aluminium ice cream moulds and keep it in the deep freezer.
- When the ice cream becomes hard, churn it again and keep it again in the freezer and remove and serve when ready.

700 ml - milk powder
200 g - sugar
2 - egg yolks
30 ml - rose water or brandy
2 tbsp - custard powder
1 tbsp - china grass powder
1 tbsp - cream or thick malai
¼ tsp - vanilla essence
