Egg 2 in 1 Gravy

Method
  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. Remove the shell, cut the eggs into halves.
  3. Fry the eggs till brown, keep it aside.
  4. In a pan add oil.
  5. Add chopped onion, chilli, tomato, capsicum.
  6. Now add salt, ajinomoto and black pepper.
  7. Saute it till all the items are fried well.
  8. In a cup, take tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and soya sauce.
  9. Pour this on a pan and saute it for a while.
  10. In another cup, take 2 tsp of corn flour, pour it in the pan.
  11. Saute it till the gravy thickens.
  12. Now add the boiled eggs.
  13. After 5 mins, it is ready to serve.
