Method
- Boil the eggs.
- Remove the shell, cut the eggs into halves.
- Fry the eggs till brown, keep it aside.
- In a pan add oil.
- Add chopped onion, chilli, tomato, capsicum.
- Now add salt, ajinomoto and black pepper.
- Saute it till all the items are fried well.
- In a cup, take tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and soya sauce.
- Pour this on a pan and saute it for a while.
- In another cup, take 2 tsp of corn flour, pour it in the pan.
- Saute it till the gravy thickens.
- Now add the boiled eggs.
- After 5 mins, it is ready to serve.
