Egg poach curry

Method
  1. Heat oil, add red chillies, add all masalas with chopped onion. Fry till done. Add onion paste, ginger, garlic paste and tomato pulp and fry till dry. Add 2 cups water and salt.
  2. Cook till gravy is thick.
  3. Crack the eggs and drop them in boiling gravy. Boil till yolk set.
Ingredients:
3-4 cup onion paste
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup tomato pulp
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
