Method
- Cut the almonds into long slices.
- Beat eggs nicely, mix in the rest of the above ingredients with the exception of parsley.
- Heat a pan grease with 1 tbsp. of oil and put in the eggs.
- Spread to a round shape, brown on both the sides, fold into half and serve decorated with parsley.

2 - eggs
10 - almonds, blanched
1 tsp - soya sauce
a few sprigs parsley
salt to taste
