Green Chutney Omelette

Method
  1. Beat the eggs well together then blend in the ground masala paste. Add salt
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour in one-quarter of the egg mixture.
  3. When set, fold in half and keep on a warm dish.
  4. Repeat this process with the next quarter of the mixture and so on, until the mixture is over.
  5. Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
3 - eggs
salt to taste
oil

Grind to a fine paste:
3 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
2 cloves - garlic
1 tsp - cumin seeds
1 small ball - tamarind
3 - green chillies
1 - small onion
3 tbsp - grated coconut
1/4" piece - ginger
