Method

  1. Separate the yolks of egg

  2. Beat the whites till frothy

  3. Add yolk and continue beating

  4. Add remaining ingredients

  5. Mix it well

  6. Heat the griddle

  7. Put some oil in it

  8. Pour half of egg mixture

  9. Cook till the omlette is golden brown on slow flame

  10. Turn the omlette

  11. Let the other side also get cooked untill golden brown

  12. Remove from fire and serve hot

  13. Repeat the same for remaining mixture

  14. One egg = one omelette

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds powder
Oil for shallow frying
