Method
  1. Firstly,boil the egg.take besan,salt and lal mirch powder in a bowl and make a batter.
  2. Cut each egg in two halves,put it into the batter.
  3. Place a frying pan in medium heat,add oil,then fry the egg pieces.
  4. Uthe rice properly and let it dry.
  5. Then add the chopped onion,garlic,haldi powder,salt,sugar and ghee to the rice and mix it well.
  6. Again heat ghee and add tej patta elaichi and long,add the rice and fry for 2 to 3 min. in low flame.
  7. Place this mixture in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 10 min.
  8. Take it out and place the fried egg pieces over it and the egg pulao is ready.

refined oil
