Boil macaroni till soft and then cook with grated cheese until well mixed (option: make 1 cup of Kraft's Cheese macaroni)
Cut boiled eggs in small pieces - say 8 pieces of 1 egg.
Mix together the cooked macaroni (let it cool before mixing), eggs, coriander, mint, masala, salt, pepper and two tbsp Ketchup.
Mix slowly in a large bowl. A slight variation can be if along with the ketchup coriander chutney is also used.
The Egg-Macaroni Chaat is ready, for anytime eating!!!
4 hard boiled Eggs
1 cup Macaroni
1 cup grated Cheese
2 chopped green Chillies
4 tbsp chopped Coriander
1 tbsp chopped Mint
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp fine black Pepper
1 tsp Chaat masala
Hot and sweet Ketchup
