Method
  1. Boil the fish in some water adding a bit of salt to it.
  2. Mash the fish thoroughly and add all the above ingredients except bread crumbs.
  3. Mix well to make a nice dough. Divide it in to 10 patrs and give a finger shape to each one of them.
  4. Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
  5. Drain on the kitchen paper and serve hot with any sauce.
It's great Snack and it's simple too. Enjoy!!
Ingredients:
Fish (Boneless , Skinless cut in to pieces) - 1/2 Kg
Eggs - 2
Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
Ajinamoto / china salt - 1/2 tsp
wooster sauce 1 tsp (optional)
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Vineger - 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs
Oil - 1 cup
Salt per taste
