Method
- Boil the fish in some water adding a bit of salt to it.
- Mash the fish thoroughly and add all the above ingredients except bread crumbs.
- Mix well to make a nice dough. Divide it in to 10 patrs and give a finger shape to each one of them.
- Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
- Drain on the kitchen paper and serve hot with any sauce.
