Clean and wash the fish
De-bone it and make into big pieces
Boil the pieces till done
Remove and drain
Smash the fish
Make a paste of ginger-garlic-green chillies
Add it to smashed fish
Add turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and garam masala
Add corn flour and coriander leaves
Mix it well
Make a oval shape rolls of the mixture
For each roll:
Take 1/2 cup milk
Dip the bread slice in it
Remove and press the milk out
Put one roll in the center of the bread
Cover the roll with both ends of bread
Care should be taken that roll is not seen
Deep fry till golden brown
500 gms fish, de-boned
5 garlic flakes
1" ginger
5-6 green chillies
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp chopped corrinader leaves
Salt as per taste
Bread slices
Oil for frying
