Fish Molee (Kerala Style)

Method
  1. Coat fish with salt and turmeric, a little pepper.
  2. Shallow fry in oil and keep aside.
  3. In the same oil fry onions, ginger, green chillies, garlic, (all cut lengthwise).
  4. Add pepper and cinnamon stick, and 1 table spoon of corn flour.
  5. Fry well.
  6. Add coconut milk and then add the fish and boil for 2 minutes only.
  7. When ready just add some lemon juice.
  8. Finally, fry some more onions and curry leaves and add to the mixture. Serve with bread or fried rice.
Ingredients:
6 - spanish mackeral or (raush)
1 cup - coconut milk or 1 can - cocunut
1 - red onion
3 - green chillies
1/2 inch - ginger
3 pod - garlic
2 tbsp - pepper
1 tbsp - corn flour
cinnamon stick
salt to taste
curry leaves
lemon juice
turmeric
oil to fry
