Method
- Rub the fish with the salt, lemon juice and black pepper powder and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan lightly fries the fish and keeps aside.
- Fry lightly fry the peppercorns and fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add salt and sugar to taste.
- Crush the cheese and add it to the onion. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Add milk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add fish pieces and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Ingredients:
500 g - fish, approx 4 pieces
2 cubes - cheese
2 - onion, big, finely chopped
1 cup - milk
5 or 6 - peppercorn
2 tsp - lemon juice
1 tsp - black pepper powder
salt and sugar to taste
