Method- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the powders and fry for 3 mins, stirring frequently.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except the water and coriander leaves) stir for 2 mins, cover and cook till low heat for 30 mins. until the fish flakes off easily.
- It is begins to dry out before the fish is done, add a drop of water to aid the cooking.
- Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Serving suggestions: Serve with some fried chipped potatoes and salad or with daal, chappatis and rice.
