Method
  1. Scale, gut and clean fish
  2. Cut into pieces on the bone.
  3. Grind together all the ingredients and smear it on the fish. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  4. Heat ghee and deep fry fish till almost done and remove.
  5. Just before serving, fry fish the second time and serve immediately.

500gm - fish
100g - onions
5gm - ginger
1 tsp - ginger
1 tsp - cumin
4 cloves - garlic
1/2 tsp - turmeric
1 tsp - chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp - amchur
1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
30g - ghee
