Method
Grind coconut, mustard and chillies to a paste.
Mix with all the spices and oil and rub on the fish slices nicely.
Wrap each slice of fish nicely in banana leaf and steam for 10 minutes on one side, then turn over and steam for another 10 minutes.

25 g - mustard seeds

1/4 - coconut
salt and chilli powder to taste
1 tbsps - turmeric powder
