Method
- In a earthen pot or wok, place fish (cleaned and cut).
- Add green chillies, ginger, garlic (cut into thin slices).
- Add chilllie powder, turmeric powder, salt and tamarind pulp.
- Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Mix them and boil for 5 minutes.
- Then add coconut milk.
- Stir once or else fish will break.
- Serve hot with rice.
Note:
Fish oil contains Omega 3 fatty acids that relieve `dry eye` symptoms.
