North Malabar Fish Curry

Method
  1. In a earthen pot or wok, place fish (cleaned and cut).
  2. Add green chillies, ginger, garlic (cut into thin slices).
  3. Add chilllie powder, turmeric powder, salt and tamarind pulp.
  4. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  5. Mix them and boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Then add coconut milk.
  7. Stir once or else fish will break.
  8. Serve hot with rice.

Note:
Fish oil contains Omega 3 fatty acids that relieve `dry eye` symptoms.

Ingredients:
4 - mackerels or sardines
3 - green chillies
a piece - ginger
4 or 5 - garlic pods
chilli powder
coconut milk
curry leaves
coriander leaves
salt to taste
tamarind pulp
turmeric powder
