Method
  1. Wash the fish and pat dry on kitchen towel.
  2. Make a paste with the rest of the ingredients except for the banana leaf.
  3. Coat the fish with the paste, wrap in the banana leaf and steam.
Ingredients:
200g - fish fillet
10g - coriander
10g - coconut
10g - mint
5g - green chilly
5g - onion
5ml - lemon juice
2g - salt
2 - banana leaves
