4 to 5 flakes - garlic
� tsp - cumin seeds
1 - medium sized bunch fresh coriander leaves (washed well and chopped)
� - medium sized bunch of fresh mint leaves (washed well and chopped)
� tsp - sugar
juice of half a lemon
salt to taste
