Method
- Make a paste of onion, garlic, green chillies, coriander
- Mix with besan and the rest of ingredients.
- Soak the pomfret in the above marinade for one hour and shallow fry on medium heat for 10-15 min.
Ingredients:
2 tsp - besan
25 leaves - mint
2 - coriander sprigs
2 tsp - tamarind pulp
2 tsp - garlic
1 tsp - onion
1 - green chillies
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp - ajwain
