Ingredients:
1 kg. rui, cut in medium to small pieces
250 gms. green peas, shelled and ground to a fine paste with a little water
1 tbsp. turmeric paste
1 tsp. chilli paste
2 cloves garlic ground to a paste
1-inch piece ginger, ground to a paste
1 onion, ground to a paste
4 tbsp. dahi
3-4 green chillies, slit
Salt and sugar to taste
250 gms. mustard oil
