Ingredients:
2 - pomfret fish (boiled, skinned, deboned and mashed)
3 to 4 - green chillies (crushed)
1" piece - ginger (crushed)
6 to 8 - cloves garlic (crushed)
2 to 3 tbsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
2 - egg whites (beaten till stiff)
sufficient oil to shallow fry
pepper as per taste
vinegar to taste
salt to taste
